Incident history

No incidents since launch. When there is one, it will be posted here with what happened, how long it lasted, and what we changed so it does not happen again — including the ones that were our fault.

Planned maintenance

None scheduled. We give at least 48 hours' notice by email to workspace owners before any maintenance that could interrupt the service, and we do not schedule it in the four working days before the 28th of a month, because that is when VAT returns go in.

What we do when something breaks

This page is updated first, before we start fixing.
Workspace owners get an email if it lasts more than 30 minutes.
A short write-up is posted here afterwards — what broke, why, and what changed.
If the service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours through our fault, affected customers get a pro-rata credit without having to ask.

Filing deadlines do not move for our outages. If we are down and you have a return due, call us on the number in your welcome email rather than waiting. We would rather help you file by another route than have you miss a date.
